Registration/participation conditions:
- The payment of the participation fee of 400CHF per person is NOT refundable.
- Please note that the registration to the event will be finalized by receiving full payment of the event fee, after which we will disclose the event location, hotel details and hotel booking link to access the dedicated contingent of rooms with a special rate.
Please note that the contingent of rooms is valid till the end of April, after which the rooms will not be guaranteed anymore.
- Due to the international crisis in the Middle East, we need to order the event merchandise well in advance, as it is a highly customised item of clothing, made to measure in Asia for each of you, and we need to allow for international shipping times to Geneva. We therefore invite you to register and confirm your registration by settling your registration fee by mid of June; otherwise, we will not be able to produce and deliver your item on time.
For those who register after mid of June, we cannot guarantee that the event gift will be available.
